My work integrates the reflective depth of psychotherapy with the creative and expressive tools of play therapy, allowing each young person to engage in a way that feels natural and meaningful to them.
Psychotherapy provides a relational space where children and adolescents can safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It helps them make sense of what they are going through and supports the development of emotional understanding and resilience.
Play Therapy complements this by offering a creative, non-verbal language through which children can express themselves when words are not yet enough. Through play, art, and other expressive media, therapy becomes an engaging process that supports healing, self-expression, and growth.
