Play is a child’s natural language — it’s how they make sense of their world. In play therapy, children are free to express feelings and experiences that they may not yet have words for.
Through play, children can:
- Explore and process difficult emotions.
- Build self-confidence and resilience.
- Strengthen communication and problem-solving skills.
- Develop trust, safety, and emotional balance.
Each child I work with is met with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their individual way of expressing themselves.
